The 2nd generation of Filippi rowing shoes, based on 30 years of experience in competitions and training, created the lightest and most comfortable rowing shoes to date.
The goal was to create a rowing shoe that follows the natural shape of the foot and provides a perfect fit.
FORM
Wider sole: thanks to the full sole lining, it ensures full load transfer.
Outer sole: ergonomic, its structure has become lighter and softer to facilitate the bending of the foot.
INNER SOLE
The new design optimizes the thrust, and thanks to this, heel and ligament inflammation can be avoided.
Because of the softer heel part, water blisters can be avoided and the tongue part does not rub the foot either.
UPPER PIECE
Upper part: made of microfiber material that increases breathability; In Filippi blue color, with metallic pigments that make the material reflective and thus reduce the heating of the shoe.
The inner covering is made of recycled material.
Between the outer and inner layers there is double waterproof, antibacterial polyurethane, which makes the shoe light and flexible.
WITH QUICK THREADING SPOOL
The twist lock on the shoe replaces the previous straps. These allow millimeter precision adjustment, which ensures an exact fit. The wire in the rotor has a diameter of 1.5 mm and a tensile strength of 35 kg, which guarantees an extremely long service life for the binding system. The system includes a safety release that opens the loop where the wire runs.
ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM
There is a titanium plate inside the first part of the shoe, which allows for an additional 2 cm depth adjustment.
Several toe and heel sole accessories with different inclination angles are available for the shoe, which can be used to make the shoe even more comfortable in the boat.
